This tote, made from the flax plant, carries the heart and soul of Imbōdhi.

The tote, it’s like wearing your heart on your sleeve (or maybe more like carrying your heart over your shoulder). On the one side is your Body Vocabulary list, contoured into the shape of a body. If you ever find yourself at a loss for words on how you’re feeling in your body, draw from this word bank to get specific. This side serves as a reminder to slow down and tune into the sensations in your body. 

On the other side of the tote, there’s a poem that Co-founder, Carolina wrote, reminding us to come home to our bodies (our own beating-heart bodies and our earth’s body).
